Welcome to North Pointe Apartments

The North Pointe Apartments is the largest apartment complex in Alaska. We have 406 units in19 buildings on 33 beautiful green acres (or white in winter!). We offer many different styles and sizes of apartments. All buildings have heated garages available for rent, and some have storage units available to rent as well. Standard
The majority of our units are standard units. These come in 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units as well as efficiencies. While the standard unit lacks the dishwasher and garbage disposal found in the remodeled unit, they are nonetheless quality, affordable housing that are sparkling clean and scrupulously maintained. The square footage of these apartments is listed in the table below.

Deluxe
