To apply for an apartment please provide the following:
A completed application (see below)
$30 application fee for first adult, $20 for each additional adult applicant
A copy of your driver's licenseFor every other person on the application over 18, an additional $20 application fee is need along with a copy of their driver's license.
To get an application, you can swing by the office at 905 Richardson Vista Rd and pick one up, or call us at 272-2591 and we can fax or mail you one.Or, if you have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can download a copy of the application below. After completing the application, bring it to our office or fax it to us along with the copy of your driver's license (you can mail in the application fee - check or money order only!).
