Pets are allowed on approval, cats and dogs under 45 lbs. A pet deposit equal to one month's rent is required in addition to the security deposit.

School access is easy for the kids. We are within a very short walking distance of Goverment Hill Elementary, and have bus routes to Central Middle School and West High School.
