We are located at 905 Richardson Vista Road, right next door to Elmendorf Air Force base. This is one of the most convenient locations in Anchorage: we are five minutes from downtown, we are literally next door to Elmendorf Air Force Base, and we have a city bus route right through the middle of our complex with 3 separate bus stops. We are on the "Top of the Hill (Government Hill, that is) with stunning views of both Alaska's lovely premier city and of the rugged montane skyscape of the Chugach Mountains. The easiest route to get to our apartments is to simply:
Get on "A" Street, head north towards downtown, go through downtown and then onto the large Ship Creek Bridge.
Cross over the bridge, then drive up the hill (which is Government Hill); at the top of the hill there is a street light.
Go through the street light (on green, of course!) and you'll see the gate to Elmendorf Air Force Base right in front of you. Just before the base, on your right, is a street named East Bluff Road.
Swing right onto East Bluff, and drive down to the second stop sign. This is the intersection with Richardson Vista Road.

There is a huge North Pointe Apartments sign on your left. Turn left onto Richardson Vista Road, and park next to the first building on your left. This is Building 19, and this is where the office is.
