The North Pointe Apartments is the largest apartment complex in Alaska.  We have 19 buildings with a total of 406 apartments on 33 acres of land.
Our spacious grounds allow for two playgrounds for the kids, huge individual garden plots, and plenty of room to take a walk or throw a frisbee with the family.
We are within walking distance of Government Hill Elementary School, and the older kids can hop the school bus to either Central Middle School or West High School.
 
With our ample acreage, we are able to provide generous garden spaces to our tenants.  The summer gardens of the North Pointe Apartments are a joy to behold, and a most pleasant walk can be had along the garden path.  Rich, bountiful harvests of nature's goodness are produced in our very backyard. 
We are within 5 driving minutes of downtown and the the city bus comes right through the middle of our complex (three stops on Richardson Vista Road!).
